CAP's Olympic Super Curl Bar combines the functions of a Olympic Triceps Bar and a Olympic Curl Bar. This innovative design provides two separate grip positions to intensify the isolation and increase upper arm size in both the bicep and triceps muscles. The bar is designed with diamond knurled handgrips and rotating sleeves. Collars are included. Accomodates 2" plates. 200 lb weight capacity. Made of solid steel w/ chrome finish.
