YORK® Olympic "Training" bars are made with an exclusive finish from elevated temperature drawn tensile steel for maximum strength & flexibility with a minimum yield strength of 195,000 PSI. Sintered-ferous bushings, impregnated with oil, facilitate free and constant rotation of the bar without allowing counter-rotation of the weights. Sleeves are machine-finished to a precise 1.975 inch diameter. Designed for Olympic-style movements.
