The WOW is a versatile hand-held exercise device that can be used from low level rehabilitation to high level sport conditioning. The WOW offers the unique ability to change resistance levels without having to change products. By reducing muscle soreness and the risk of injury, the WOW makes an ideal warmup and cooldown product. Also available, the 60" WOW creates an environment specific to the users tasks by allowing the upper body to move through its full range of motion.
